David Poltrock is an acclaimed Brussels pianist, composer, producer and sound designer. He can boast an impressive track record as a producer, session musician and collaborator for successful Belgian and international bands and artists such as Hooverphonic, Triggerfinger, Portland, De Mens, Adamo, Arid, Tom Helsen, The Blackbox Revelation, Prinz Pi and many many others and received the Belgian Music Industry Award (MIA) for best musician in 2019.
Alongside his work with mainstream artists, David Poltrock releases albums as a recording artist and is involved in more experimental projects such as the deep drone improvisational ensemble Razen or his collaboration with electronic artist Adriaan de Roover.
David Poltrock lectures sound synthesis and design at PXL Music University College.
He runs the Poltrock Palladium, a recording studio/synth museum in Brussels.
